Einstein Bros is a bagel company which I love. It's about the company mascots, Melvin (the bearded fellow) and Elmo (guy with glasses), they get in a fight and fling bagels together. I pitched the spec ad to two other people, they liked it and we were off. 

Wanted to keep the design rough and warm.

Storyboards were don by me. Later on the boards were revised and the catapult was taken out and replaced by a spoon and knife.

On the left here is the proof of concept frame followed by a frame from the completed animation.
