Midnight Man Teaser

First thing I did was come up with some sort of story I wanted to do. Had to be short so I could finish it in the time I had, 3 Weeks.

Then I did character development. He was a business man by day alcoholic by night.

Then I thumb-nailed an actual story for it. The first one was to kind of just get used to the character I wanted to do. This story ended up to long and complicated so I just decided to make a teaser for it.

The idea was originally "What if there was a power ranger who mastered drunken fighting?" That quickly devolved into hancock meets power rangers. The purpose of this was to get people interested. Who is Midnight Man? What does he do? There is a plan for a longer trailer but I'll let time and interest determine that's fate.
What really interested me in this project was how it went about being made. Wanted to learn Flash better and wanted to make the backgrounds interesting. Flash was a lot more streamlined than photoshop that's for sure. It was, however, a little more annoying (lines disappeared and it crashed occasionally). The backgrounds were a gamble. Wanted to paint them. Water color seemed fastest but boy was it tricky. Not used to painting traditionally so it was certainly entertaining.
